The ISE is looking an intelligent and highly motivated individual to fill a Software Engineer role within its internal development organization.
Responsibilities to include:
- Maintain existing and build new real-time performance critical trading and support applications
- Perform production support
- Work in a highly dynamic environment
Experience Required/Results Expected:
Must Have:
- Hand on C# and C++
- Strong backend development experience with high performance real-time multi-threaded applications
- . Intermediate database experience - SQL Server a plus
- Understanding of FIX protocol
- Basic XML understanding
- Good communication skills
- 3-5 years of development experience within financial community - options trading a plus

- Tibco/JMS
- Direct experience with Microsoft SQL Server
