The ISE is currently recruiting a Functional Architect to join our team. The qualified individual will be responsible for developing functional specifications for ISE projects.

Responsibilities to include:

• Liaison between business sponsors and development staff
• Produce and lead functional design specifications working with application architects, developers and business sponsors
• Capable of understanding complex architectural designs
• Capable of managing a staff of functional analysts
• Capable of implementing policies and procedures for department
• Produce high quality documentation
• Understand financial messaging protocols such as FIX
• 7-10 years of Wall Street IT experience as well as some software development experience
  

Experience Required/Results Expected:

• Production of high quality documentation
• Management experience a plus
