Fulltime employees have
a choice of enrolling in either of our two comprehensive
Point
of Service (POS) Medical
plans.
- Dental Plan
Fulltime employees are
eligible to enroll
in our comprehensive Dental plan that includes
coverage for preventative,
basic restorative,
major restorative and
orthodontia work.
- Life Insurance
Fulltime employees
are automatically covered
under our Life Insurance and Accidental Death & Dismemberment
plan. Employees have a choice
of purchasing additional
Supplemental Life Insurance for themselves, their
spouses and/or their
children.
- Long-Term Disability
Fulltime
employees are eligible to enroll in our Long-Term Disability plan.
- 401(k) Plan
Fulltime employees can
contribute to our 401(k)
plan after three full months of service and can
rollover money from a qualified
plan at any point in
their employment.
- Employee Assistance Program
Fulltime employees are
automatically enrolled
in our Employee Assistance Program that provides
professional assistance on
a variety of issues related
to work, family, legal
or financial questions.
- Flexible Spending Accounts
Fulltime employees can
enroll in any or all of the components
of our Flexible Spending
Account - including
Medical, Dependent Care, Individual
Premium and Adoption Assistance.
- Transit Debit Cards
Fulltime employees are
eligible to receive $75 per month to cover costs
associated with commuting
to work.
- Employee Stock Purchase Plan
Fulltime employees are eligible to acquire shares of ISE stock at a 15% discount through our ESPP.
