Senior Analyst - Computer Operations:
Responsibilities include: monitor networks and applications, troubleshoot
hardware and software problems, ability to escalate to management and vendors,
represent operations on internal and external project teams, flexibility to
work 3 shifts. Min. 3 years expereince in Computer/Network Operations,
VMS, NT required. BS/BA or technical certificate preferred.
Associate Director - Computer Operations:
Responsibilities include: manage day and/or night shift, ability to write performance
appraisals, troubleshoot network and application problems, escalate to senior management,
lead project management team, create operations automation scripts, support operational failure
and recovery testing. Min. 5 years experience in Computer/Network Operations, VMS, NT, 'Code'
Change Management, supervisor/project management required. BS/BA preferred.
Engineer Network Services - Computer Operations:
The engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing and testing various networks within
the ISE environment. The candidate should possess strong Cisco and networking skills with a solid
background in TCP/IP, Ethernet 802.3, IGRP, Decnet, and Wan topologies. Emphasis will be on Cisco
switches and routers. The ability to use a General Networks sniffer product is required, in addition
to performing network troubleshooting when required. Knowledge of DEC Giga Switches is beneficial,
but not mandatory. This position will require some after hours work for installations and testing.
Senior Analyst - Market Operations:
Responsibilities include the day to day operations of ISE's market, interaction with our member firms,
assist in troubleshooting market anomalies, represent market operations department both internally
and externally, work with Command Center Help Desk. Requirements are a min. 3 years Broker Dealer/Exchange,
prior help desk and mainframe data center experience, excellent PC skills, and basic understanding of
network/computer hardware configuration.
Surveillance Analyst - Legal & Regulatory:
Responsibilities include initiating and conducting investigations to detect violations of our Exchange and
federal regulations. Securities/Wall Street Industry knowledge, proven analytical and organizational skills
required. BA degree and options knowledge preferred.
