The ISE is looking for a dynamic individual to join our Finance team as a Financial Analysis Manager supporting our Technology Division.� The ideal candidate will primarily be responsible for supporting the Information Technology group in all areas of accounting, budgeting, reporting, analysis, and business support.� Through direct interaction with the CIO and his management team, this role will serve as the main financial point for the IT organization.�

Key responsibilities to include:

��������� Preparation of annual expense and capital budgets, including managing the overall process from data gathering, prioritization, final submission and tracking.

��������� Preparation of quarterly forecasts, including early identification on any risks to budget and the development of mitigating solutions

��������� Manage financial meeting with Technology groups

��������� Financial analysis/review of major projects, including ROI analysis, build vs. buy, etc.

��������� Financial analysis/review of all proposed contracts, leases and licenses prior to execution and then appropriately tracking/monitoring them

��������� Analysis of significant variances to budget/forecast and historical trends

��������� Develop and maintain insightful metric based reports

��������� Develop and maintain cost allocations by business line, product and project

��������� Supervision of the period-end close procedures including the recording of accruals

��������� Reconcile non-PO invoices (telecom, market data, etc)

��������� Manage adherence to company wide accounting policies and controls and ensuring their consistent application

Experience Required:

��������� Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance

��������� 5-7 years analytical experience in a finance/IT environment

��������� Customer service focused

��������� Good communication and organizational skills

��������� Project management experience

��������� Ability to work independently in a matrix environment

��������� Self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit

��������� Financial Industry experience a plus

��������� Cognos experience a plus
